The Black Spring Sale is strictly valid until 23:59 on the 2nd of December 2026. Promotional pricing will automatically revert to standard retail pricing once the sale concludes. Items left in your cart after the sale ends will not be eligible for the discounted price.
All sale items, including smartphones, tablets, and mobile accessories, are available strictly while stocks last. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not reserve the stock. An order is only secured and confirmed once full payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation receipt has been issued. We reserve the right to limit quantities on high-demand items per customer.
While we strive to accommodate specific customer preferences, all device colors are strictly subject to availability. You are welcome to request a preferred color when placing your order; however, if your requested color is currently out of stock, we will fulfill your order using an available alternative color. For pre-owned models, if your initial color choice is unavailable, we will prioritize allocating the unit that is in the best overall cosmetic condition to ensure you receive the highest quality device in your chosen tier.

Customers must anticipate a processing and delivery delay of 5 to 7 working days beyond standard delivery times.

To ensure fair access to limited stock, all orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout. Any orders pending manual payment (such as delayed EFTs) that are not cleared within the stipulated time frame will be automatically canceled, and the stock will be released back to the public.
Standard return and warranty policies apply to all devices and accessories purchased during the sale. However, please be advised that the processing of returns, assessments, and exchanges may also experience slight delays during this high-volume period.
