1. Product Warranty Coverage

Please Note: Manufacturer warranties (Samsung, Honor, New Apple) are subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers.


2. Warranty Exclusions (What is Not Covered)

The warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and technical faults that occur during normal use. The warranty will be considered void if the device has:

  • Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, or scratches resulting from drops or impact.

  • Liquid Damage: Any signs of water or moisture ingress (even on water-resistant devices).

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Evidence that the device was opened or repaired by a third-party technician not authorized by the manufacturer or Touch Screen ZA.

  • Software Modifications: Issues caused by "jailbreaking," "rooting," or installing unauthorized software.

  • Theft: If Stolen We Cannot Assist.

3. Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit.

  • 7-Day Return Window: You may return any product within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to a physical inspection upon arrival at our facility. If the item is found to be used or the packaging is damaged, a restocking fee may apply, or the return may be rejected.


4. How to Log a Return or Warranty Claim

To initiate a return or claim a warranty, please follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: For warranty claims, we may try to troubleshoot the issue remotely first.

  3. Shipping:

    • Returns: Customers are responsible for the courier costs when returning an unwanted item.

    • Warranty: If a device is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for the collection and replacement/repair process.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7-10 business days 




Warranty Claims: Shipping Costs & Service Timelines

If you need to log a warranty claim after the initial 7-day return period, please be aware of the following logistics fees and repair timelines:

1. Warranty Logistics Fee (R275)

  • To initiate a warranty claim, a flat rate Logistics Fee of R275 applies(Paid After).

  • What this covers: This fee covers the courier costs to collect the device from you, bring it to our service center, and ship it back to you once the repair or replacement is complete (Round-Trip Shipping).

  • Payment: This fee is payable prior to the collection of the device.

2. Service Timeline (7–20 Working Days)

  • Please allow 7 to 20 working days for your warranty claim to be resolved.

  • Why does it take this long? This timeframe allows our technicians to:

    • Perform a thorough diagnostic test.

    • Source genuine replacement parts (if a repair is required).

    • Coordinate with the manufacturer (Samsung/Apple/Honor) for complex board-level issues.

    • Conduct final quality control stress tests before returning the device to you.
